A little help
along the way.
Questions, a missed drive, or an idea? Email support@captric.com.
Send feedback from Captric
Open Settings → Send feedback, or open a saved drive and choose “Report a problem with this drive.” Pick a category and describe what happened.
A small app/status summary is included. Drive details, screenshots and diagnostic files are optional. Review the report before continuing to your email app or share sheet. You can also send screenshot and crash feedback through TestFlight.
If a drive is missing
Check Tracking for permission or recording issues. Automatic recording needs Always and Precise Location; motion access helps recognize driving. Reopen Captric if you swiped it away or restarted the phone. iOS controls when apps may run in the background.
Use manual entry to add missing mileage. Keep a separate reference during the alpha so you can compare recorded distance and drive boundaries.
If a map lookup fails
Keep the draft and enter locations and mileage directly. Address search and route estimates need connectivity, but direct manual entry works offline.
Protect your records
Export important mileage logs before deleting data or uninstalling the app. A CSV is a mileage record, not a complete app backup. Read about storage, deletion and privacy.
Alpha access
The Captric alpha is being prepared for TestFlight. Public invitations are not open yet. We’ll add the invitation here when the build is approved and available.
